At Inner Whispers Wellness, my goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions about your well-being—whether that’s improving your mental health, navigating psychiatric medication withdrawal, or addressing chronic health issues. By learning to listen to your body, interpret its signals, and take actionable steps, you can create a life where you truly flourish.


Drawing from my professional experience as a Registered Nurse and Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant, I offer personalized 1:1 nutrition and lifestyle coaching. Together, we’ll focus on the foundational pillars of mental wellness: nutrition, sleep, movement, social connection, and stress management. This approach has been key to maintaining my own mental health, and it’s the foundation I use to help you achieve yours.
